• Preferred CPD topics
• Payment-related information, processed securely via our third-party payment gateway (ICBT does not directly store full card details)

• Process and confirm your registration for CPD events
• Verify internal/alumni status for eligibility to free registration
• Process payments for external participants
• Send you registration confirmation, session access details (e.g. Teams link), and your e-certificate
• Monitor attendance and engagement for certification purposes
• Understand participant interests to improve and tailor future CPD sessions and, where relevant, share information about related ICBT academic programmes
• Maintain internal records for reporting purposes

3. Sharing of Information

• We do not sell or rent participant information to third parties.
• Information may be shared with our payment gateway provider solely to process payments securely.
• Aggregated, back-end registration data may be shared internally within ICBT Campus (e.g. the Middle East Centre) for planning and reporting purposes.
• We do not display your personal contact details publicly on the portal.

4. Data Retention

We retain participant information for as long as necessary to manage CPD records, issue/re-issue certificates, and meet ICBT's internal reporting and academic record-keeping requirements.

You may contact ICBT Campus to request access to, correction of, or removal of your personal information held in relation to CPD event registrations, subject to our record-keeping obligations (e.g. certificates already issued).
